Crunchy Granola Bars
This is a really simple recipe that can be easily tweaked to taste – experimentation friendly. Crunchy as made, chewy if you add more honey/syrup or fruit. Can’t really go wrong, just try not to eat it all as soon as / before it’s cool :P
Preheat your oven to 220 C. Grab a nice big pan, I used my trusty wok. Melt the butter over a medium heat, stir in the other stuff adding the oats last. Dump and flatten onto a baking tray, cooks for 10-15 mins. You’re aiming for a medium golden brown. When done take out and score into bar sized blocks and pop on the side and forget about till cold.
