Hi Trin,

Just a quick correction. If you read Kara's blog entry on the subject you'll see that she wasn't banned from the TRC but only removed from her role as a volunteer. She's still a member of the TRC the last time I checked and I hope she'll still drop by to say "hi" once in a while. I've been super busy in RL but hope to make it by to visit the TG Lounge soon.

Obviously I disagree with your assessment of the events that resulted in Kara's removal from the TRC Volunteer roles but I think it would be inappropriate to air the issue here. I think the most important thing we can do is tone down the rhetoric and try to move forward, each of us helping the transgender community in Second Life as best we are able.

Hope all is well!

What I failed to get across was that I am more loyal to ideas than individual organizations. For helping people, I do not see an inherent conflict with working with more than one organization that is pursuing the same goal.
